[Stmaa-board] Preliminary times for October 16th

I will be releasing a schedule tomorrow for the October 16th show. The show sponsor (Valley Christian) is supposed to be providing me the detailed information (ticket info, maps, etc) tomorrow. 

However,  I was able to obtain a show schedule today and therefore made ours. 

Saturday
12:00pm-Load the truck. 
2:00pm-Bus arrives 
2:30pm-Bus departs for Diablo Valley College 
4:00pm-Arrive @ Diablo Valley College, unload buses, truck etc. Get into uniform
5:40pm-Depart for warm-up
5:45pm-Warm-up
7:02pm-Front Ensemble at Gate
7:15pm-Depart for gate
7:30pm-At the gate 
7:37pm-Performance
8:00pm-DINNER, watch other bands 
9:30pm-Awards ceremony
10:00pm-Return to buses
10:15pm-Depart for Santa Teresa HS
12:00am-Arrive at Santa Teresa HS
