  Board Members,

I have been requested to follow up on this opportunity. If you have not voted, please do so ASAP. If we go forward with this, I will create something and get it to Randy Tyler, hopefully in time to make their poster and fliers for Big Band Bash.

Yes votes - Danita, Desiree, Micheal, Linda
  No Vote - Steve
No response - Mimi, Keith, Pam, Kirsten

Please consider and vote on the following advertising opportunity -

Annually, as many of you know, the Bernal Music Department hosts "Big Band Bash" as a fund raising event for band travel expenses. Prior to the event Randy Tyler looks for advertisers to raise additional funds for the music department. As part of the event, they create a poster of advertisers for display as well as make announcements during the show, promoting all advertisers. For the remainder of the year and up to the following year's "Big Band Bash", Randy includes the advertisers in all School Band concert handouts (approximately 4 or 5 shows). This is an excellent opportunity to promote the Santa Teresa Music Department (and STMAA) to the incoming parents, grand parents, etc. It also supports one of the feeder programs for future Santa Teresa musicians! I think it would at least raise awareness of the ST Music program and make future information meetings with incoming parents less of a surprise. I am willing to create an Ad based on voting response.

$150 (discounted price to ST!) gets a full page (8.5 x 11) Ad at all school events for the entire year and up to the next year's Big Band Bash!

Since "Big Band Bash" is Friday December 3rd, we would need to act quickly to get them an Ad for placement in their handouts and Poster.
