Julie,
It doesn't matter much to me but it would seem that May 17 would be the busiest week for you so perhaps the least desireable choice.
 
Following that train of thought, June 1 would give the most time away from a band concert to prepare for the meeting so that's my suggestion.

Hello Board Members, 
I need feedback about our 2010-2011 Participation Meeting dates. 

Here's our options Monday May 17th- that week we have a Jazz Band II/Guitar Concert on Tuesday and the Spring Band concert on Thursday of that week 

OR 
Monday May 24th
We have our Spring Jazz Band I concert at the Theatre at San Pedro Square on Tuesday May 25th. The 26th is Athletic Awards. The 27th is Academic Honor Night. 

We can't have it earlier because they theater will be occupied with musical theater rehearsal. 

We could have it the Tuesday after Memorial Day which is June 1st. 

Your feedback is crucial as I need to schedule this ASAP so that I can add it to the flyer for Wednesday evening.
